(More customer reviews)Makes great coffee, keeps it at a nice temp without cooking the remainder in the pot. Grinder is actually quite good (I have a coffee grinder already, so I use this one for spices). The tea options are nice to have. I think what makes this a good coffee maker is that the water showers over the grinds, rather than just dripping in the middle. I have had the coffee maker for over a year now and it is still going strong.
