(More customer reviews)I chose Bodum because I wanted a glass water pitcher that would be elegant yet functional. The pitcher is great for what I needed. I do not use the plastic filter. The lid cap is difficult to keep tightly sealed with the rest of the lid seal. I have not checked if this would work better if I used the plastic filter? I just don't want my daily water to have plastic standing in it all day.
