(More customer reviews)I totally disagree with the 1 star review. This stuff is awesome. I like my teas strong. I hate drinking tea that taste like water...(just drink water!) This stuff was great! It had a wonderful tea flavor. And it was strong enouph to set the dial to 8oz and fill up with ice, making a nice big cup of tea. I love coffee, but have a hard time drinking it in the summer. This is a great alternative.
